Sate Sisoq



BAHAN
Siput/sisoq besar yang diamabil disawah
BUMBU
Cabe rawit 5 biji
Kemiri 5 biji
Santan secukupnya
Terasi secukupnya
Penyedap rasa
Bawang merah 5 butir
Bawang putih 5 butir
CARA MEMBUAT
Siput yang sudah direbus di kelurakan dari cangkangnya kemudian di tusuk dengan penusuk dari bambu, tiap tusuk berisi 5 biji siput lalu di panggang di atas bara api sampai matang. Bumbu di tumbuk sampai halus, lalu digoreng. Selamat  mencoba !
