Teri satu piring yang sudah digoreng
BUMBU
Bawang putih 6 biji
Bawang merah 6 biji
Cabe merah 6 biji
Laos
Kunyit
Daun jeruk purut 3 helai
Terasi
Minyak kelapa
CARA MEMBUAT
Teri digoreng kemudian bumbu digiling halus lalu digoreng sampai kelihatan kuning kemudian diberi daun jeruk purut, teri dicampurkan sama sambal yang sudah matang lalu digoreng kembali. Selamat mencoba !
