BAHAN:
2 ikat kangkung
BUMBU:
5 butir tomat
5 biji cabe merah
3 siung bawang merah
Garam secukupnya
Terasi secukupnya
Penyedap rasa
CARA MEMBUAT
Kangkung dicuci bersih lalu direbus, kemudian dibuatkan bumbu dengan cara terasi, garam, cabe, tomat, dan penyedap rasa digiling sapai halus kemudian kangkung dibelah menjadi 2 atau 3 tiap batang kemudian ditaruh pada piring lalu dibubuhi ragi. Selamat mencoba !
